     clotheArt is dedicated to providing a unique collection of beautiful and artistic clothing and accessories, carefully crafted with a focus on quality and style. Our mission is to offer an exceptional shopping experience, combined with excellent customer service, ensuring a flawless and satisfying encounter for every visitor.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Data Processing Consent

     By placing an order on our website, you automatically accept and agree to these Terms. By using our website, you provide consent for the processing of your data for order-related purposes, including the use of your phone number to receive order updates and tracking information. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email will be used to send promotional emails and news.

3. Product Categories and Custom Orders

     clotheArt offers a diverse range of products, including clothing, accessories, and shoes. We also provide the option for custom orders, tailored to your preferences and specifications. The printing method we use is DTG (Direct-to-Garment Printing), but for Custom orders, we also offer the option of Embroidery.

Product Variation Disclaimer: The colors and designs of products displayed on our website may appear slightly different from the images shown due to various factors, including individual screen calibration settings, lighting conditions, and variations in manufacturing processes. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, please be aware that minor discrepancies in color and design may occur. We strive to provide detailed product descriptions and images to give you the most accurate representation possible. 4. Pricing, Payment, and Pricing Errors

     Product prices are individually listed for each item. We accept various payment methods, including those supported by Stripe, PayPal, and Cardano cryptocurrency. For crypto payments, please contact us to arrange the details. While we strive for accurate pricing, in the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and provide the accurate price. Every error is corrected if the mistake is on our side.

     It typically takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order before it's shipped out. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected]. Please note that international orders may incur additional customs and tax fees assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office directly.

6. Returns and Refunds

     Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return and refund the product. We provide return shipping labels for your convenience. We also offer exchanges; the customer is responsible for reshipping and must send back the initial product. Once we receive the product, we will ship the exchange item.

     Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll kindly sort that out for you. The return address is set by default to our partner’s production facility – Printful (provided on the shipping label with the original package). If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments and we would be unable to assist you further with the return and refund process. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure this condition is respected.

7. Intellectual Property

     All content and images on our website are owned by clotheArt. Users are not permitted to use, reproduce, or modify any content without explicit permission.

8. Privacy and Data Security

     We utilize Google Analytics for website analytics. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not trade or share personal information.

9. User Conduct and Respect

     We value and encourage user-generated content, such as reviews, comments, and interactions, as an integral part of our community.

     However, to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users, we implement moderation processes to ensure compliance with our guidelines. Our moderation team reviews user-generated content before it is publicly visible on our platform. This review process helps us prevent the posting of inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content that goes against our guidelines. While we aim to maintain an open dialogue and diverse opinions, we reserve the right to remove or modify user-generated content that violates our guidelines.

     Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, ensuring the protection of your payment information. We also accept a variety of debit and credit cards. Cryptocurrency payments are secured by the Cardano blockchain.

     In the event of disputes or disagreements, we are committed to resolving them through communication channels such as email, contact forms, WhatsApp, or social media. We maintain a strong online presence to stay connected with you.

    By accessing or using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold clotheArt, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
     
     This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will continue even after the termination of your use of the service. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.   1. Modification of Unfulfilled Orders: If you wish to modify an order that has not yet been fulfilled, you can do so within a specific timeframe. We will do our best to accommodate your request, whether it involves changing sizes, colors, or quantities. Please note that modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
  2. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders: You have the option to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at [email protected] to initiate the cancellation process. We will work to process your cancellation and provide you with a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Keep in mind that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
  3. Fulfilled and Shipped Orders: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it enters the final stages of processing, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. This is because the products have already been prepared and are in transit to reach you. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it to ensure that all details are accurate.

Orders can be placed at any time, the shop is open non-stop. Exceptions are moments where we are under maintenance or vacation, and we will make sure to let you know when this might happen ahead of time.
